Operating licences require specialist expertise, strategic communication and forward-looking planning. Companies that integrate environmental analyses, traffic models and emission surveys at an early stage, gain a clear advantage – and additionally actively contribute to climate protection, quality of life and sustainable site development. Interdisciplinary Coordination as Success Factor
Successful licences are based on integrated design. Noise protection must be coordinated with logistic design, fire protection with building statics, light simulations with property use. We are working with interdisciplinary teams from environmental, process and structural engineering. Sustainability arises from interaction of interdisciplinary trades.
