Urban Quarter with Varied Use Is Established in Central Location.
PROJECT of the MONTH 03/2026. FCP is responsible for the realization of the large-volume city development project in Vienna from tender and award management up to site supervision and project control.
In the core of the 7th district in Vienna the object at Mariahilfer Strasse 10–18 is further developed into an urban quarter with mixed use. Stumpf Development GmbH assigned FCP with the services tender procedures and cost determination, site supervision as well as project control (up to 01/2026).

The whole area comprises a plot area of approx. 7,300 m² and a gross floor area of approx. 74,000 m². Within the existing approved building envelope mixed-use buildings are erected, which revitalizes and upgrades the site in the long run.
Multi-functional Use for City Life, Housing and Hospitality
The project combines housing, business, the hotel sector and free public spaces for a varied inner-city mixed use: In the housing and business building approx. 18,800 m² of living space as well as 11,500 m² of sales area, complemented with a hotel with approx. 7,800 m²of useful area and 442 beds were created. A publicly accessible rooftop park with approx. 951 m² offers additional green and recreation space, whereas a subterranean garage with an area of approx. 12,000 m² and 262 parking spaces ensures the development of the infrastructure.
FCP-Services – from Design to Execution
FCP takes over central steering and control functions in all essential services phases of this large-scale inner-city project. From accurate tender procedures and well-founded cost determination to site supervision and comprehensive project control the experienced civil engineering team led by project manager Peter Fross guarantees transparent budget planning, structured award management as well as professional and flawless execution.
