PROJECT OF THE MONTH 07/2026. The payment plan app was successfully developed within an innovation project, which represents an important step towards standardization and digitization of internal processes.

The project idea was created in the daily routine of Judit Udvarnagyi. Together with Svetlana Kirillova a digital solution was developed, which considerably simplifies the preparation of payment plans and at the same time offers a high degree of flexibility.

The application enables the standardized preparation and subsequent adaptation of payment plans. In this context all services of the company as well as discounts, incidental costs, deductions and indexing can be considered. Different allocation structures can be simply displayed by flexible phases as well as individual services.

By connection to a database the payment plan app also offers a solid basis for future developments. Based on this, various analyses can be prepared, and further digital processes can be integrated in future.

A further essential component of the project was the creative support by Bianca Mick, who developed the logo, the entry masks as well as the company template for the completed payment plan.

The payment plan app shows how a sustainable digital solution is created from an idea of daily life by interdisciplinary cooperation – with immediate added value for efficiency, quality and future innovations.
