On 1 October 2021 Hotel Motto located in Mariahilfer Strasse above the underground railway station Neubaugasse was inaugurated. The hotel was built based on the design of architect Arkan Zeytinoglu in the style of the 1920s as boutique hotel. It consists of 91 rooms, a restaurant as well as a rooftop bar. The newly designed glass dome in the attic where the restaurant including the bar are located is a striking symbol and thus a highlight of the hotel. The hotel is operated by Bernd Schlacher, the operator of the restaurant "Motto am Fluss" as well.
