ZFG-Projektbau GmbH is a well-known company in the sector of technical building equipment (building services, electrical engineering, etc.) with its headquarters in Baden near Vienna. Due to continuous growth and a steadily increasing number of employees, an expansion of the office space became necessary. ZFG decided to construct a new office building at the existing location in Baden. The planned building has one floor underground and three floors above ground, covers an area of around 1,500 m² and accommodates approx. 120 office places.

The design of the object began at the end of 2020 in cooperation with the architectural office PxT. In the following months, our office supported the client in the design, submission and construction in the competence areas of structural design, building physics, fire protection, soil expertise and infiltration technology. Construction of the shell began in November 2021 and was completed in May 2022. The expected completion date for the handover to the client is September 2022.
