Ana Simic is consultant and member of the supervisory board in the field of digitization and AI. She headed digitization, AI and automation programs of all scales in big companies like A1, Henkel and bwin and provided a value proposition amounting to millions of euros. As founder and CEO of Propeller – AI Consultancy she practically advises executive personnel on digital and AI strategies, innovation, organization models and competence development. In her function as member of the supervisory board she focuses on digitization, AI and technology issues to support managing boards in their work. She is in great demand as speaker and participant in discussions on the above-mentioned topics and host of the weekly podcast "AI Melange".

Clemens has a diploma in architecture from the TU Wien, a master’s degree in Advanced Computation for Architecture & Design from IAAC/UPC in Barcelona and has 15 years of experience. As project manager with querkraft architekten he significantly contributed to the multiply decorated Austrian pavilion of the EXPO 2020 in Dubai.

Against this background Dr. Steffen Robbi is founder and managing director of the innovation laboratory “Digital Findet Stadt“, Austria’s biggest platform for digitization of the construction and real estate industry.

"Artificial intelligence penetrates the life of all of us and will massively change our way of working. The following question has to be clarified for our sector: hype or reality?"

Previously he was responsible for the field of digital building technologies as business manager and senior engineer at the AIT Austrian Institute of Technology and contributed to the rapid market penetration of innovative energy supply based on digital business models at Cloud&Heat Technologies, an emerging start-up.

He concluded his education at TU Wien with a master’s degree for Building Science and Technology. Since December 2016 he has worked at FCP in the department Acoustics, Dynamics, Building Physics, Measurement & Instrumentation, in 2021 he became team leader of building physics and since 2024 he has been head of the department.

He concluded his studies of Landscape Planning and Preservation at the Vienna University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU). Since 2009 he has worked for Kräftner Landschaftsarchitektur (engineering office for landscape planning and architecture in Vienna) and taught at the Institute of Soil Bioengineering and Landscape Construction (working area landscape construction) at the Vienna University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences and at the Faculty for Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning at the Vienna University of Technology.

Since 2002 he has been working for FCP. He took over the role of head of CC Railway Engineering in 2010 and has been authorized representative of the management of FCP since October 2024.

Mr. Felsner has become an important component for the realization of railway projects on schedule and on budget in Austria and abroad. Thanks to his special affinity to IT Mr. Felsner is also an integral part of the BIM core team and continuously pushes on digitization in railway engineering with new innovations.

Claudia Szargan has been BIM manager for the project Neues Werk Cottbus since June 2021 at DB vehicle maintenance and is responsible for topics regarding BIM and digitization at the interface between designer, construction partner and owner.

Since 2013 she has worked in design and project management for railway infrastructure projects in DB Projektbau and DB Engineering & Consulting and has piloted and executed projects with the BIM method since 2016. After her studies in the field of civil engineering she has worked as project engineer in structural design and engineering construction since 2002.

Thomas Rabl has already intensively dealt with software development and digitization during his studies of civil engineering.
He has integrated this know-how into FCP since 2019 and has decisively been responsible for the development of the new digital project universe of FCP.
Before his employment with FCP Thomas Rabl has worked for approx. 6 years and has been able to gather comprehensive experience in design and construction, which is of central importance in the development of practical applications.

Since 2000 Mr. Denk has been employed with FCP Fritsch, Chiari & Partner ZT GmbH. During his work at Fritsch, Chiari & Partner ZT GmbH Mr. Denk has mainly focused on structural and civil engineering projects in Austria and abroad. Since January 2018 Mr. Denk has been managing director of FCP Fritsch, Chiari & Partner ZT GmbH.
His responsibilities include structural design, building design and digital services as well as the development and integration of digital engineering and innovation in the whole company.

In his time as an architect in which he got to know construction engineering in all its phases and aspects Frank Mettendorff has recognized that the potential of digital operation methods is huge and hardly utilized.
Since 2017 he has worked for FCP and has pushed on BIM, innovation as well as digital engineering from the beginning. Frank Mettendorff has been responsible for the new business segment digital services since 2022 with the objective of promoting digitization and new technologies in civil engineering.

Mohammed Falah works for Wiener Linien as structural engineer in the department infrastructure development and realization. Since 2018 he has worked at the new construction of the underground railway line U2, especially section U2/18 “Matzleinsdorfer Platz”. Furthermore, he has experience from former international building projects.

After concluding his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at the University of Technology in Baghdad Mr. Falah currently does his studies in the master programme Civil Engineering and Water Management at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences in Vienna. Mohammed Falah also currently performs a training for BuildingSMART - Practitioner openBIM Management.

Jürgen Rattenberger is working as innovation manager at Fritsch Chiari und Partner ZT GMBH where he is responsible for the build-up and the strategic orientation of innovation management. He contributes to linking the corporate vision with the innovations and harmonizing them with the priorities of FCP.

He is graduated engineer for Informatics at the Vienna University of Technology and professional MBA in Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship at the WU Executive Academy (Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration).
