FCP has taken care of the Piaristen College in Krems by design and implementation of restoration and reconstruction measures in close coordination with the Antiquities and Monuments Office for several years. The spectrum ranges from the annexe of a structure for barrier-free access, retrofitting with regard to fire protection up to substance-preserving measures like window and roof renovations.

The baroque roof structures of the Piaristen College have been battered by atmospheric influences in the area of the dormers and the gable façade as well as pest infestation. The gable walls at the eastern façade have begun to tilt forward. The task was to maintain the historic building fabric, retain it statically as well as prevent further damage. The measures were planned and implemented in close cooperation with the Antiquities and Monuments Office.
