Site Supervision
Successful execution of building projects both requires excellent planning and high-quality control and supervision of construction work.
This on-site monitoring is carried out by site supervision. Generally the service is concluded by the taking over of the structure by the client free of defects. In some cases site supervision is also commissioned with the support during the warranty periods.
Competence Center
The scope of services is the supervision of the construction according to the contract relating to the accordance with detailed design, the compliance with the state of the art as well as the budget and the time schedule. Site supervision is the representative of the client including the exercise of the property rights on the building site.
