Rudolf Felsner Appointed as Authorized Representative of FCP
As of October 2024, the Head of the Competence Center for Railway Engineering has been supporting the management of FCP, focusing on innovations in railway engineering.
Vienna, October 2024_ FCP is proud to announce the appointment of Rudolf Felsner as a new authorized representative. An experienced employee of the company, he has taken on this important role since October 2024 and will support the management in both operational and strategic directions.
Rudolf Felsner has been part of the FCP team since 2002 and has led the Competence Center “Railway Engineering” since 2010. Both in Austria and internationally, he has earned a strong reputation as key figure in the successful completion of railway projects on time and within budget. Under his leadership, numerous infrastructure projects in Austria, such as along the Western and Southern routes of ÖBB, as well as high-speed connections abroad like Erfurt-Leipzig in Germany, have been successfully completed.
Driving Force of Digitization in Railway Engineering
Rudolf Felsner is also recognized for his affinity with IT and plays a key role in implementing BIM methodology at FCP.VCE. Thanks to his expertise he consistently drives digitization in railway engineering, introducing new innovations into project execution. This combination of technical expertise and digital progress highlights his importance to the company.

In July 2024, Hanno Töll, Head of the Competence Center “Acoustics, Dynamics, Building Physics, Measurement & Instrumentation” was also appointed as an authorized representative.
