The KinderKunstLabor is situated in the centrally located Altoona Park in St. Pölten. The prominent five-floor building with a basement and 3 upper floors stands out for its triangular ground plan. On the ground floor there is a bistro-café with kitchen. In addition, the outdoor facilities of the park were comprehensively renewed and a new parking area for visitors was established.
An architectonic highlight of the building is the almost 400 m² big and approx. 5 m high exhibition room. Especially striking are the approx. 16 m long curtain-type wooden slats which decorate the post and beam façade and give a characteristic appearance to the building.
The building works have been concluded and the building has already been handed over. Currently the project is in its final phase.
