In cooperation with all expert planners involved in the project the parameters for a concrete and project-specific calculation of the life-cycle costs are merged and processed to a forecast for the development of costs for the owner according to ÖNORM B1801-1 to 4.

In all planning phases, from competition to preliminary design and detailed design, it is possible to substantiate the proposed energetic design including the structural and physical approaches taking into account the requests of the owner and considering the ecological and economic factors.

The calculation is performed by means of the computer program ABK-LEKOS with project-specific adjustments based on the original computation model in order to achieve a realistic result.
