Our teams of the CC Site Supervision and the CC Acoustics, Dynamics, Building Physics, Measurement & Instrumentation performed the following services on behalf of 6B47 Real Estate Investors AG:

• Site supervision of construction – we were responsible for the whole construction cycle.
• Site supervision of HVACR – together with our partner Allplan GmbH we were responsible for optimum implementation of HVACR
• Site supervision of electrical engineering – in cooperation with TB Eipeldauer + Partner Ges.m.b.H we ensured electrotechnical quality
• Depollution of harmful substances and extraneous material – in cooperation with the consortium ESW Eurofins | ESW Consulting WRUSS ZT GmbH/Eurofins Umwelt Österreich GmbH & Co KG
• Acoustics, dynamics and building physics – our experienced team was responsible for the precise monitoring of vibrations, air pollution control and noise technology.

Sustainably revitalized instead of newly built

A particular focus of our work was on the respectful handling of the existing structure. Thanks to revitalization instead of a new construction 18,625 tons of CO₂ could be saved – an impressive example for resource-efficient city development. The office areas are already pre-certified with the ÖGNI-certificate in gold.

Current status:

The first partial start of operation was in October 2024, the tenant fit-out is running until June 2025 and consequently also the total finalization will be completed.
