FCP at the Innotrans 2022
The whole world of traffic engineering and mobility met at the Innotrans from 20 to 23 September 2022. After a break of four years due to the pandemic the fair took place for the 13th time on the Berlin exhibition site. Approx. 140,000 visitors from more than 131 countries came to the world’s leading fair for traffic engineering. 2,834 exhibitors from 56 countries took part.
Innotrans is known for its numerous visitors, high internationality and many big deals as well as for the extensive market coverage and the high level of innovation. The company group FCP Fritsch, Chiari & Partner ZT GmbH and FCP IBU GmbH also had a booth on site. For FCP it was the first stand at the Innotrans. Together with IBU GmbH in Germany, which has been part of the company group FCP.VCE since 2019, booth 172 in hall 25 was taken care of. Under the motto “Ideas come true” current projects on the topic immission protection, structural dynamics and environmental engineering were presented.
Infrastructure engineering is the second largest sector of the company group FCP with a total of 27%. Thanks to continuous expansion in the fields of activities and services FCP can offer integral support to its clients. For successful implementation of infrastructure projects FCP emphasizes interdisciplinary design by experienced and internationally recognized experts. The activities focus on design and check of traffic routes like railways, underground railways, municipal railways, trams but also roads and pathways.
The representatives of FCP and IBU met many company representatives from Europe and all over the world and had interesting discussions on rail systems, infrastructure and mobility. There was a personal exchange with them on important issues of the future regarding climate protection, sustainability and digitization. It was particularly pleasant to meet familiar partners again in person and to establish new contacts.
Apart from numerous interesting encounters at the Innotrans 2022, there was a further highlight: FCP received the Supplier Award of Bahnverband e.V. (interdisciplinary association for the railway sector in Germany, Austria and Switzerland). Dieter Pichler and Günther Achs accepted the great award.
