DS 90 Tower
The new high-rise building project DS 90 is erected at Dresdner Strasse 90 in 1200 Vienna. The conspicuous, colourful building with its distinctive character is located close to the newly emerging city quarter Northwest railway station. Together with the spacious forecourt it forms the “entrée” to the “green centre“, the central public free and green space of the new city quarter and thus prominently marks the access.

The 80 m high residential high-rise building with a 6-floor base building will offer space for approx. 380 flats. The building is erected in low-energy construction method and convinces with element activation, a photovoltaic system on the roof as well as a sophisticated planting concept for a pleasant micro-climate. Every flat has an individual free space like a loggia or a balcony.
On the roof of the base area on the 5th floor a jointly used and extensively greened roof terrace with playground and common room is realized. The residents have space for cars including loading stations for electric cars, numerous parking spaces for bikes (approx. 450) as well as further general areas.
