Health
FCP attaches great importance to the health of its staff members. Apart from trainings on health at the workplace, a company physician is available for medical issues once every two weeks. Furthermore the company offers several vaccinations and prophylactic medical examinations in the scope of health promotion.
Food Allowance
There is a food allowance, which can be used in selected restaurants in the surroundings of the company, in order to be able to spend a pleasant lunch break. In addition a fully equipped kitchen with lunch area is available. Once a week a professional cook prepares a two-course meal there.
Bonus
Provided that the economic situation of the company allows, staff members get a bonus as individual appreciation of their contribution to the company’s success once a year.
