Shaping mobility means more than planning routes. FCP develops transport solutions that connect people, enhance urban spaces, and promote sustainable mobility – nationally and internationally.
FCP offers a comprehensive scope of services in the field of traffic design. One focus is on the design of public traffic routes like railways, underground railways and suburban railways as well as trams. The scope of services ranges from project studies, project development concepts, general design and elaboration of alignment to submission design and detailed design.
FCP has intensively and successfully contributed to the upgrading and extension of Vienna’s public traffic network and thus has had a positive share in making Vienna a city worth living. Further focuses are design and supervision of the execution of road projects as well as cycle tracks.
Due to participation in the development of new traffic concepts in the urban area harmonizing individual motorized and non-motorized traffic as well as public traffic, FCP was able to introduce new ideas and extend its service spectrum. Furthermore traffic design, sign-posting concepts, project manuals, traffic-relevant guidelines as well as documents for public relations of private and public clients are prepared by the competence centre.
