Our rehabilitation concept fully complies with the requirements of the City of Vienna and the Hauskunft by wohnfonds.wien, making it eligible for subsidies of up to 50% of planning services (max. €5,000).

Our experts survey your building as part of an on-site inspection. You receive a Green Flag Report – an initial assessment tailored to your property, including prioritisation and concrete recommendations for action.
2 · CONCRETISATION
We identify your property's potential.
Based on the Green Flag Report, we examine possible variants and compare their strengths and weaknesses in a structured way. The variant analysis provides you with a well-founded assessment of rough costs, possible subsidies, extension of the service life, and potential savings.
3 · IMPLEMENTATION
We deliver the tailored rehabilitation concept for your property.
The selected variant is worked out in detail – ready for implementation, with robust figures on energy demand, cost-effectiveness, and costs, each set against possible subsidies.
4 · YOUR PLUS FOR THE PROPERTY
More than building envelope and building services.
On request, we extend your rehabilitation concept to a comprehensive review of climate action topics – such as mobility, greening, open space design, rainwater management, or circular economy.
