Energy Efficiency

For projects in Germany, we have a registered Energy Efficiency Expert accredited by dena, enabling access to KfW and BAFA funding.
Passive House
Where not merely high efficiency but the very highest efficiency standard is required, we recommend the Passive House approach. Using active model simulation (designPH) and the Passive House evaluation tool (PHPP), your project is optimally tailored to its intended use. Our company has a certified Passive House Designer who can support you throughout the planning process. This construction standard can be applied to both new builds and existing buildings undergoing refurbishment.
