FCP would like to actively contribute to sustainability because it is obvious: We are the first generation which perceives the implications of the climate crisis and the last which can do something about it!

The rehabilitation of existing buildings is a decisive tool for fighting the climate crisis by reducing CO₂ emissions and improving energy efficiency. This is the point where Rehabilitation Concept+ – our KliNa project of the month - is applied.

Step by step towards properties fit for the future

With Rehabilitation Concept+ we support owners of properties, building management, communities of property owners as well as the public authorities step by step on their way towards a property fit for future. As every property is different, we do not rely on standardized solutions but develop customized concepts, adapted to the special requirements and potentials of every individual building.

After a customized status analysis an individual package of measures which is specifically custom-tailored to the respective property is worked out. The concept is demand-oriented and structured in modules as well as eligible for aid – up to 50 % of the design services can be funded.
